• your preferences about your Summer School Participation Pass
• Accommodation and/or Boarding options

You will be directed to payment page. You can pay either via bank transfer or PayPal. Please be ready to pay, and note that we will only reserve a place for you at the Summer School once we have received payment. If you cannot fill in the online form, please email us at info@shakuhachisociety.eu and we will send you a pdf form to fill in and return to us via email or post.
